She is the veterinarian for the Reptile Zoo in Monroe, and the Pacific Science Center in Seattle. She is currently working on completion of board certification in reptile medicine and surgery. She is passionate about furthering the field of exotic medicine, and has co-authored articles in professional journals and presented at national conferences. Dr. Music is a member in good standing of the RCVS, AVMA, ARAV, AVMA, AAV, AAFV, and ANAEV.
With years of both Western and Indian classical vocal training, Dr. Music is now learning how to play the guitar, and has plans to find local open mic nights to start performing in the near future. Her hobbies of painting, reading, writing, quilting, and knitting are all constants in her life as well. Dr. Music enjoys spending time at home with her wonderfully supportive husband, 2 cats, quaker parrot, border collie mix, and a mussurana snake.
