Dayna is a Customer Service Representative at CBEAM. With seven years of experience in boarding and sitting exotic animals, Dayna brings a wealth of expertise and compassion to our team. Trained in senior canine, feline, and mustelid care,  Dayna looks to support care for all our furry companions. Beyond her professional role, Dayna finds joy in hobbies such as crochet and volunteering at animal rescues, alongside treasuring moments with her beloved cat "Jiji". As a previous pet parent to nine ferrets, they understand the special bond between humans and animals, even those who have passed on. Inspired by their passion for animal welfare, they aspire to become a Veterinarian and establish a non-profit dedicated to exotic animal care in Canada, guided by the profound words of Audrey Hepburn: "Nothing is impossible. The word itself says I’m Possible."
