James is our intrepid Client services Representative who works on scheduling clients and getting then the information they need. He believes that it is never too late to learn more and do more for our pets.

James holds an editing certification. He also has a Bachelors degree in Cinema and Media Studies from University of Washington. His pet is the lovably anxious Shar-Pei/Staffie mix “Boba”.
