For general practice questions, to schedule an appointment, or refill a medication, please contact us either by phone 425-486-9000 or email info@theexoticvet.com. Email messages are checked on regular business days and we will respond at our earliest convenience.
If you are having a health issue with your pet it is always best to call us rather than send an email so that we can be sure you receive help in a timely fashion! Our doctors can be reached via phone 24 hours a day in emergency situations.
Please remember: Veterinary law and ethics do not allow us to diagnose, treat, or give medical advice without a current client-patient veterinary relationship. If you are a new client or callng about a new patient, most cases will require an office visit with the veterinarian.
If you are calling from outside our service area we will ask you to find a veterinarian near you for treatment and we will be happy to consult with them directly.
